Dear All,

On behalf of Jesper Sebbelin in Denmark, please find attached a survey in relation to the application of VAT to export shipments to non-EU nations. The questions in the survey relate to the recent judgement on this subject in Case 288-16 of the European Court of Justice, copy attached. The VAT authorities in Denmark (and possibly elsewhere) are now looking to apply the judgement to all export shipments to non-EU member states and information on how this matter is being addressed in other EU member states will be useful to Jesper and his colleagues in determining their response to this development.

Your input will be very much appreciated and as usual please return the form to Victoria at admin@fonasba.com. As you may need to obtain external guidance on this matter, the closing date for this survey is extended to Wednesday, 28^th October.
