Dear All,
On behalf of the coordinator of the ECASBA Customs Working Group, Hilde
Bruggeman, please find attached an update on current issues of interest in the
European maritime customs environment. This document is an expanded version of
the report Hilde made to the ECASBA Advisory Panel meeting on 15th
September. Supporting documents are also attached as mentioned in the text.
Members will note that the report contains a number of recommended action
points on which they should engage with their national authorities, we leave
you to do so appropriately.
We are very grateful to Hilde for this comprehensive report, which we
trust members will find informative, and for her continued monitoring of
customs developments.
