Following the launch by BIMCO of the revised Standard Mate’s Receipt form, we are pleased to offer members of BIMCO, FONASBA and ITIC the opportunity to attend a webinar on the new form on 13th March 2024 at 12.00hrs UK time. 

The one-hour webinar will be presented by Grant Hunter, Director, Standards, Innovation & Research at BIMCO, Simone Carlini MICS, Chair of FONASBA’s Ship Agent Committee, and Mark Brattman, Claims Director at ITIC, and will cover the reasons behind the new form, use of the Mate’s Receipt and its legal implications, and possible issues and liabilities resulting from its incorrect completion.
